Subul is a DTC growth agency, and this is an informational and marketing website. Nothing on it is a binding offer, and using it does not create a client relationship — any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful personal and business-evaluation purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law or these terms;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, or damage the Site or its infrastructure;

3. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, design, graphics, the Subul name and logo, and portfolio materials — are owned by or licensed to Subul and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and link to the Site, but you may not reuse our content or branding without our prior written permission. Client work shown in our portfolio remains the property of its respective owners and is displayed with permission or as a record of work performed.

When you submit an enquiry, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. We handle your submission in line with our Privacy Policy.

The Site may link to third-party websites, such as social media platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites, and a link does not imply endorsement.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed primarily by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of İstanbul (Esenyurt) have jurisdiction over disputes relating to the Türkiye entity. Where a matter relates to Subul Global Ltd, the laws of England and Wales apply and its courts have jurisdiction. This does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections available under your local law.
